how much caffeine in your normal morning coffee?

wondered if a Chai Tea Latte had much caffeine....

Caffeine content in Uk drinks

no chai tea, but check out the normal coffee values.
No wonder I get a buzz of an extra shot venti !

not to mention the calories / cost.

apparently for me...
It would take 220.68 cups of Starbucks Tall Caffe Latte to put you down.

People often ask me why I take so many aircraft shots on the Mach loop?
My only answer is that once you see a Tornado, F15 or a Harrier low,fast and close you want to see more........and it's great fun as well :-)
