Are you on EE (UK) and recently updated to 4.3 and found you no longer have a 3G / H+ data connection?

Thanks, I have been having problems and was considering rooting since the last update. The battery was draining in less than 6 hours until I did a factory reset, and since that my 3G was not starting reliably. After finding your fix it is working, even though I had already checked the AP settings were correct! Thanks
